This article provides instructions for resetting a forgotten password and changing an existing password.
Reset Password
If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions below.
- On the account login screen, tap Forgot Password
- Enter the email address associated with your account > click Send reset instructions
- The Create a new password screen will appear. You will receive an email with a Reset Password link.
- Enter your new password > Confirm the password > Click Reset Password
Change Password
If you would like to change your password, follow the instructions below.
- Under the Profile and Settings menu, click Security
- Enter current password > Enter your new password > Confirm the password > Click Change Password
- You will receive a verification code via your preferred method*
- Enter the verification code to complete the password change
*Verification Method preference is set in the Verification method box on the Security page
Password Requirements
- Between 12 and 32 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character
- No more than two repeating characters in a row
